Astute Cleaning Services is a locally operated commercial cleaning company based in Lincoln, working across Canterbury. We clean commercial premises only — offices, schools, accommodation and facilities — so everything we do is built around how a working building actually runs.
Our management and cleaning teams are experienced, trained and supervised on site, and every contract is set up with a written cleaning schedule so you know exactly what is being done and when.

Astute operates a franchise model for owner-operators across Canterbury. You do the work and hold the customer relationship; the contracts, quoting and invoicing are handled for you.
Who we are looking for
People who want to run their own business, take pride in the work and deal with customers directly. Cleaning experience helps but is not essential.
Training and support
Full training before your first night — chemicals, equipment, site procedures, health and safety, and the standard we audit to. Ongoing support from management after that.
